“Touch the Wind”
JOON SUNG (Korean now living in Kentucky)

Video with stereo sound, 5:18, 2004. The starting point of this piece was derived from certain poetic experience when the artist encountered a field of reeds. The countless number of reeds was softly dancing within the exhilarating wind. After interestingly observing the hypnotic phenomena, Sung hauntingly taped and organized, repeated, and punctuated the experience creating a visual manifestation.
